Privacy Policy

NNCNC is developed by Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Akentev, operating as NNCNC Lab.
NNCNC records your rides entirely on your phone. There is no NNCNC server. We have no account system, no analytics, and no ads, and we never receive your GPS coordinates or any other ride data. This is not a promise about how we handle your data — we operate no infrastructure capable of receiving it.
1. Data the application handles
Everything below is created and stored on your device only.
- Location data. While a ride is recording, the app reads GPS coordinates, including in the background so recording continues when the screen is off. Coordinates are written to local files and used to calculate distance, speed, elevation gain, and to draw your route curve.
- Ride history. Date, duration, distance, average and maximum speed, elevation gain, estimated calories, and effort score for each ride.
- Bike information. Bike names, odometer readings, and service intervals you enter.
- Optional settings. Body weight, used only to estimate calories — leave it blank and calories are simply not shown. Nickname, used only on ride cards you choose to share. Units and language.
Device information: we do not collect device identifiers, analytics, or crash reports. The application operates entirely on your device.
Storage: your routes and all ride data are stored locally on your device only. We operate no servers and never receive your GPS coordinates.
Device backups: if you have iCloud Backup or Google Backup enabled, a copy of the app's data may be stored in your own cloud account under Apple's or Google's terms. We have no access to it.
2. How the data is used
- To display live speed, distance, time, and average speed during a ride.
- To save completed rides to your local history.
- To draw your route curve and calculate your effort score.
- To track odometer readings and bike service status.
All processing happens on your device.
3. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal or location data with anyone. We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All ride data remains on your device and never reaches us or any third party. Deleting the application removes all your data from your device.
The only third party involved is the app store itself: Apple and Google collect their own download and device data as part of distributing any app. We do not control this and receive no personal data from it.
4. Data you choose to send us
Nothing is transmitted automatically. Some features send data only when you start them yourself.
- Feedback. If you write to us or use the suggestion option in the app, we receive your message and your email address, and use them only to reply.
- Diagnostic report. The app can generate a technical report about a recording session — timings, GPS point counts, accuracy statistics, battery level. It is never sent anywhere on its own. If you choose to send it to us for support, we receive whatever it contains and use it only to investigate your issue.
- Exports and sharing. Backup files and ride cards are handed to your device's share sheet or file picker. Where they go from there is entirely your choice; they do not pass through us.
5. Permissions
- Location, including background. Required to record a ride. Without it the app cannot measure distance or draw a route. You can revoke it at any time in your device settings — recording will stop working, but nothing else depends on it.
- File access. Used only when you export a backup or import one.
6. The website
nncnc.app has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no embedded third-party fonts or scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify anyone.
7. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. We hold nothing, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling the app removes its data from your device. If you have a device backup enabled, remove it through your Apple or Google account settings as well.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. In NNCNC these rights need no request: the data is already yours, on your device. You can view it in the app, edit it, export it in full at any time, and delete it by removing the app. We hold nothing to disclose or erase on your behalf.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app develops. The current version is always published at nncnc.app/privacy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
